Intent: make the authmux codex shell hook open Codex through Cue profiles while preserving account restore/sync behavior. Constraint: AUTHMUX_CODEX_CUE_PROFILE selects the Cue profile; AUTHMUX_SKIP_CUE_LAUNCH keeps the direct codex fallback. Tested: node dist/tests/login-hook.test.js Tested: npm test
