This change is OK but we might want to get with @swufygoog before merging this - he was going to take a look at doing some Bazel 8/bzlmod changes here. If we add renovate it is going to try to update the Bazel workspace modules and that is not going to be easy to do - it will be more productive to drop workspace support and move to bzlmod first. I think most of the bzlmod conversion is roughly ready but it needs more testing. |
