- Rename project from Serverless Workflow to Open Workflow Specification - Fix all broken URLs pointing to non-existent 'specifica' repo - Add cdavernas as co-project lead - Remove former maintainers from CODEOWNERS and maintainers.yaml - Add ADOPTERS.md with current adopters from the website - Add package_managers (Maven, npm, NuGet, Go) - Expand repositories to include editor and all SDKs - Update website URL to open-workflow-specification.org - Remove #slack-community channel, keep #open-workflow - Remove all resolved TODO comments Signed-off-by: Ricardo Zanini <ricardozanini@gmail.com>

Please don't forget to update cncf/foundation CSV Sheet by removing these maintainers from there as well.
After the complete adoption of the .project you guys don't have to maintain the csv sheet, rather just the .project, however meanwhile both needs to stay in sync.
