Establish the public legal baseline before open-source launch: root MIT license file, trademark policy, and architecture decision 011.
Rewrite LICENSING for effective MIT, simplify positioning license rows, and route licensing and trademark questions to contact@open-mapsight.org.
Align SPDX metadata with the root LICENSE ahead of the public launch.
