This submission includes a major refactoring of the desktop frontend, significant optimizations to the python backend, and several critical bug fixes.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 9920290158989776375 started by @op30mmd

This commit introduces a major refactoring of the Flutter frontend and significant performance and stability improvements to the Python backend.

Frontend:
- Refactored the UI into a multi-view layout using a `NavigationRail` to separate the main dashboard from settings.
- Implemented a critical fix for TCP packet buffering to handle fragmented JSON messages, preventing crashes and data corruption.
- Converted the `RouterView` to a `StatefulWidget` to correctly manage the `ScrollController` lifecycle, fixing the auto-scrolling log view.

Backend:
- Optimized for lower latency by prioritizing WASAPI audio drivers on Windows.
- Tuned TCP and audio buffer sizes to match the Android client.
- Added a socket flush on startup to clear stale data and reduce initial delay.
- Improved ADB handling to ensure port forwarding rules are cleaned up.
