To validate user "log-ins" to our spell-casters I added the necessary endpoints.
These endpoints create the secrets based on the username of the user, it shares
the keys that the users can use to retrieve the secret from scylla via the API, to
then authenticate to the spell caster.

It simply installs the dependencies (what
dependencies? (: ) and runs the tests (what
tests? (: ). The point is that if it passes
these steps even if we don't have them yet
it assures that the program is runnable.
