Dershane otomasyonu projesi, hayata geçmesi halinde; farklı kullanıcı tiplerinin farklı kolaylıklarla dershane sisteminden faydalanmasını amaçlayan bu şekilde verimli bir kurum hedefleyen bir platformdur. Ziyaretçi tarafından oluşturulan iletişim formunun içeriğini görüntüleme, e-posta bülteni katılımcılarını görüntüleme fonksiyonlarına sahiptir. Kendi ara yüzü tüm bu fonksiyonlara kolay erişim için planlanmış olup kullanıcı dostu olarak düzenlenmiştir.
