Summary

distinguish dsh-mnemon routing activation from Mnemon's persisted active Store
switch Mnemon to another existing Store before deleting its default Store
keep multi-command Store deletion contiguous and document the only-Store constraint

Validation

pnpm run verify
Mnemon 0.2.3 deletion flow verified against an isolated temporary data directory
