GTKHafiz

GTKHafiz is a simple GTK3-based app to track Quran memorization visually. After selecting which chapters he has memorized, the user can see his progress represented by colored rectangles.

Each rectangle corresponds to a chapter, and its size on the "Progress Bars" page is proportional to the number of lines in the Madani Mushaf relative to the Juz'.

The app also provides general progress statistics and options to import and export data.

Requirements

To install all dependencies on Debian:

sudo apt install gir1.2-gtk-3.0 python3-gi-cairo sqlite3 gettext

Install the app on Linux

sudo scripts/install.sh

After installing, you can launch the app from the application menu of your desktop environment or run:

gtkhafiz

Uninstall the app

sudo scripts/uninstall.sh
