Client term-set joins the gitignored denylist (stranger test); per-artifact written sign-off recorded in a fieldwork-1 permission ledger; cleared renders never enter public git; refusal narrows, never erases; case-study skeleton = G3 spine + G1 receipts. Resolves the Dossier→presence seam grilling ticket (#347) on the texas-rr-engagement map. Four operator decisions (2026-08-01), grilled via /grill-with-docs:
fieldwork-1and published by the operator directly to presence surfaces.Changes: map gist under Decisions so far, ticket table + frontier updated,
