Summary

Adds AGENTS.md with Cursor Cloud-specific development instructions for future cloud agents working in this repository.

What's included

• Overview of the two apps (demo + web) and their architecture
• Prerequisites and service startup instructions
• Non-obvious gotchas discovered during setup (Docker nested environment, npm version requirement, Supabase settings file, pre-existing lint warnings)
• Quick reference table for key commands

Evidence of working environment

Both applications run successfully:

Update script

The VM startup update script is simply npm install — minimal and idempotent.
