•Last updated Coordination milestone for the stabilization work discussed in #3163.
Purpose: provide a small, curated place for accepted stabilization items while the detailed roadmap and candidate discussion stay in #3163.
Based on the existing ROADMAP.md, this milestone focuses on making Odysseus easier to install, run, validate, review, maintain, and safely improve.
In scope: CI/test signal · runtime/install reliability · provider/degraded-state behavior · behavior-preserving, test-backed cleanup · narrow security/trust-boundary fixes · backlog hygiene.
Not in scope: broad new features · large rewrites · speculative architecture · backlog dumping.
Items should stay small, target dev, include validation, and be added only after the related issue/PR has enough context to be reviewed properly.
