Post-#2 follow-up. Three chantiers from the asset migration analysis: (1) explicit naming conventions documented + codified, (2) orphan-asset audit promoted from one-shot script to CI guardrail, (3) non-tech skill wrapping upload-assets so anyone can add/update an image without touching Vercel UI or git CLI. Order: conventions → CI audit → skill. Prereq: posts/#2 done.
No due date•0/1 issues closedThree-phase operation to put the content asset pipeline under team ownership. 1. **Audit** — scan posts/assets/ filesystem against markdown references (blog, stories, team, jobs, tools) + website dynamic slug patterns (ClientCarousel hardcoded slugs + story slugs from stories/fr/). Identify orphans on disk that the upload pipeline would otherwise push. 2. **Clean** — review orphan list, delete confirmed orphans from posts/assets/, commit. Filesystem becomes the clean source of truth. 3. **Migrate** — create new website-blob store under the Ocobo team account, push the cleaned filesystem to it, rewrite blob URLs in markdown frontmatter to the new hostname. Follow-up work on the consumer side (website constant change + decommission of old store + obsolete-scripts cleanup) lives in ocobo-revops/website milestone #3.
