this needs macOS because it tests Dvorak - QWERTY ⌘ shortcut behavior The workflow only runs a small regression test on macos-latest. It does not build/sign LuLu or require Apple credentials, provisioning profiles, or System Extension approval |

Adds a macOS CI regression test showing that Command shortcuts are misread under “Dvorak - QWERTY ⌘”
The test currently fails for Cmd+W / Cmd+, mapping, proving the bug before applying a fix
