Prepared the state of comment resolution for group F

This change-set resolves the feedback from group F for the aspect "Editorial and Document Quality".

Included resolutions:

• Fixed internal links (except the one already targeted in # 154) (implements # 153) (Id. 153)
• Fixed duplicated entry number in toc (implements # 154) (Id. 154)
• Fixed expansion of DPS acronym (implements # 155) (Id. 155)
• Fixed links to RFC references (implements # 156) (Id. 156)
• Fixed identification and numbering of figures (implements # 158) (Id. 158)
• Fixed domain type for date in figure 1 (implements # 159) (Id. 159)
• Fixed numbering of tables (implements # 160) (Id. 160)
• Prepared fix for missing element in figure 1 (# 161) (Id. 161)
• Removed text left-over from before table captioning (implements # 162) (Id. 162)
• Fixed typo in section 5.3 (implements # 176) (Id. 176)

To be discussed:

1. the incoming merge requests of change sets are the proposed place for discussion (if needed)
2. this collector change set mainly receives the agreed resolutions of the individual feedback identities
3. In case the TC does not follow the suggetsed resolution of completed (and one enqueued) the comment resolution table has to be amended accordingly before merge into the main branch.
