Adds AgnesProvider to toolkit/image_gen.py using Sapiens AI's APIhub endpoint (POST /v1/images/generations, Bearer auth). Per Agnes API spec, response_format must be placed inside extra_body (not top-level) to avoid request errors. Registers "agnes" in PROVIDERS, adds it to all 4 size presets, and updates config.example.yaml with the provider table entry and fallback chain example. Verified end-to-end: 14.6s for a 1792x1024 cover, 1.6MB output. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
