Summary

  • Add perpetuals/ROADMAP.md as a stacked follow-up to PR Add oracle-backed perpetuals module #79.
  • Capture the remaining work needed after the minimal Oracle-backed perps module: branch reconciliation, insurance/liquidation semantics, market admin controls, operator tooling, risk tests, and fee policy.
  • Keep this separate from the implementation PR so reviewers can distinguish the working draft module from the production-readiness backlog.

Test plan

  • Documentation-only change; no code paths changed.

Superseded by #133. Perps follow-ups are tracked in perpetuals/ROADMAP.md on that branch (memclob proposer path, reduce-only orders, production hardening). Closing in favor of #133.
