Real attestation 시험 환경

Enhance the real-attestation CLI to automatically fetch relay URLs from server-3's /api/config for easier testing.

This change simplifies the client-side setup for testing the full oHTTP and real attestation flow by removing the need to manually extract and set the RELAY_URL environment variable after deployment. It also adds logging to show the configuration fetching process.
