Release: drop Intel Mac from v2.0.0 matrices + installers#17
Conversation
Intel-Mac (macos-13) GitHub runners are scarce and were blocking the release, and the Remotion compositor can't be cross-built for darwin/amd64. Drop darwin/amd64 from the build/whisper/remotion matrices for now; installers report Intel Mac as not-yet-supported instead of 404ing. Apple Silicon, Linux x64/arm64, and Windows x64 ship in v2.0.0; Intel Mac returns in a follow-up.

npm forbids the unscoped name `podcli` (too similar to `pod-cli`), and a scope would put the author in the install command. Remove the publish-npm job and the npm references from README/RELEASE; the GitHub release + install.sh/install.ps1 are the distribution path.
Intel-Mac (macos-13) runners are scarce and blocked the v2.0.0 release; the Remotion compositor can't be cross-built for darwin/amd64. Drops darwin/amd64 from the build/whisper/remotion matrices and makes the installers report Intel Mac as not-yet-supported instead of 404ing. The v2.0.0 tag already carries this; this brings main in sync so the curl installer and future releases match.
