Rough CYOA and clicker binaries

The is the second release of the Ghostwriter.

This adds a new "clicker" binary (to turn pages) and a "Choose your own Adventure" binary.

To install the firmware to a Pimoroni Tiny 2040:

1. Press the boot button
2. (while holding the boot button) Press the reset button (or reconnect the device)
3. Drag and drop <bin>.uf2 (see attached artifacts) to the removable media

There are 3 firmware variants available:

• lorem prints lorem ipsum when clicked,
• cyoa is a "Choose-Your-Own-Adventure" you play directly from the keyboard (just open a text editor),
• clicker is a presentation/slideshow clicker.

To print the case, download ghostwriter.3mf, and print with 100% infill and 0.2mm layer height.
