I want to wait until Perlmutter is on line, in order to test these environment variables. Often we test for the presence of a variable first, and then append to the string of paths, if variable is already present. |

Added SIT_DATA and SIT_ROOT environment variables to SLURM scripts 3762323.sh and 4709418.sh.
