Added a cli option that allows for custom (non-steam) games that have a page in the steam store to have their ID updated to appID.
This is useful when have added a non-steam game (e.g. from another platform), that already has a page on the steam store. Now the official art for that game will be downloaded from steam servers.
Before that non-steam games had their own ID that didn't match steam appID.
