Whats Changed:

Spend Drivers Analysis

• New drivers[] list on the forecast response — surfaces the top 3 factors impacting runway (pace gap, food pace, subscriptions, pool dues, exam buffer, high-spend days), ranked by severity and financial impact.

Smarter Next Best Action

• Action selection is now context-aware: prioritises subscription review when a recurring debit threatens the cycle, food pace when it's the fastest lever, pool settlement when dues are pending, and travel caution when shortfall probability crosses 20%.
  Previously it defaulted to a generic action regardless of context.

Setup State Handling

• Introduces setup_required and setup_reason fields throughout the response so the frontend can show a meaningful setup prompt instead of an empty or misleading forecast when no funding source exists.

Pace Source & Stress Band

• Exposes pace_source (no_recent_history vs weekday_adjusted_ewma) and stress_band on the projection — allows the UI to signal low confidence when there's insufficient spend history.

Decision Summary

• decision_engine.summary is now dynamic — different copy for setup required, zero safe daily, no spend history, and normal states.
