Align the architecture spec with the shipped v1.0.0 behavior: connect is asynchronous, its outcome delivered as a CONNECTED or CONNECT_FAILED event; the fence bundle check is a placeholder; arming re-arms on an interval and composes the shared insert list. Correct the peripheral diagram's event label.
