seed list was only using --filter=reference=-seed, so pulled images with repository paths like registry/org/job-seed were skipped on newer Docker versions. This adds additional reference filter patterns for path-based image names and a regression test that exercises the reference-filter path with a fake docker binary.\n\nFixes #195.
