I modified the documentation for some of the functions in the
__init__.pyfile, mostly adding types, code formatting, or expanding/clarifying things. SinceSAMFWLoader.program()andprogram_sam_firmware()are pretty much the same, I updated some documentation for that function too. I also added the_buildfiles automatically created by thejbcommand.
