Spinnaker2 NIR Tutorial

This Example shows the process of importing a NIR example into the SpiNNaker2 framework.

Made for GitHub codespaces

To execute:

1. Click on the green button "Code"
2. Choose Codespaces
3. Click on the "..." button near Codespaces, and choose "New with options..."
4. Create the codespace with the shown default options.
5. Feel free to follow the available tutorial available as Python Jupyter Notebook, or to work on your own.
