Rebuilds the web/ landing page as a sports wire / box-score surface instead of a marketing launch page.

• New visual system: cold paper, IBM Plex Sans + condensed score numerals, sentence-case heads; red reserved for the bar
• Hero is brand + phase-one verdict + score ladder (one CTA)
• Page order: Standings → Protocol → Run
• Integrity folded into standings footnotes; adapters collapsed into Run; reference Results/Charts removed as redundant with the board
• Copy rewritten in plain wire voice (no rhetorical hero question, no “bring your own” card grid)

Learning handoff

Hero <h1> is a working placeholder — rewrite it in your own 5–10 word wire voice (see the LEARNING TODO comment in Hero.tsx).
