…ntiators NEAT 4.4.4+ closed the performance gap (and wins multicore), so rneat is no longer faster. Reframe its mention around the durable advantages: native cancer tumor/normal workflow with purity + CNV/SVs + per-tissue models, low/flat memory, byte-identical reproducibility, and single-binary deployment.
