Sets up the Hyperframes project structure for a Nutrition Rx tutorial video with iOS 26 liquid-glass motion graphics. Includes DESIGN.md (brand palette + glass card recipe), project config (meta.json, hyperframes.json), and word-level transcript from ElevenLabs Scribe. Beat plan: title card at 'open the example', 1-2-3 list card at 'three steps', result card at 'here's the result', face-crop outro at 'thanks for watching' — pending correct source video (transcript shows this is a brand promo, not the tutorial recording).
