19.3: number sections + Exit Criteria; collapse subsidiary to a stub#108
Conversation
…iary section to build-out stub Bring the doc in line with the rest of the strategy corpus: numbered top-level sections, with the section numbering carried through Exit Criteria so every criterion is referenceable. Collapse the CryptoZing subsidiary procedure to a build-out stub (it mirrors the parent; the non-mirror facts already live in Decisions made / Structure & timing). Keep the subsidiary checklist executable
For this active Phase 3 strategy, this stub removes the only ordered steps for the CryptoZing LLC formation even though the doc says the subsidiary filing is next, and docs/DOC_ROLES.md makes strategy docs the authoritative ordered implementation checklist. In a resumed handoff, this no longer tells the next agent to run the name search, file Articles with CyberCreek as member, start Mohave publication, obtain the EIN, or sign the operating agreement, so required exit-criterion work can be missed until later discovery. Please keep the concrete checklist here instead of a placeholder.

Section headers go from
A.–E.to numbered1.–5.to match the rest of the strategy-doc corpus, and the numbering carries through Exit Criteria (numbered list) so every criterion is referenceable by id. The CryptoZing subsidiary procedure collapses to a build-out stub — it mirrored the parent's steps, and its non-mirror facts (filed naming CyberCreek as sole member; AZCC approval is the MS21 name-lock; own EIN) already live in "Decisions made" and "Structure & timing."Doc-only.
