Bridging India's Namaste Codes with WHO's ICD-11
A modern Flutter-based healthcare data standardization system integrating India's Namaste Codes with WHO's ICD-11 for seamless global interoperability.
🏆 Built for Smart India Hackathon 2025
India's healthcare system faces a critical challenge: fragmented medical coding standards. Hospitals, clinics, and government health platforms use different disease classification systems, making data sharing nearly impossible. When a patient's records need to be shared internationally or across states, medical codes don't align, causing:
- ❌ Delayed diagnoses
- ❌ Medication errors
- ❌ Incomplete medical histories
- ❌ Poor health data analytics
SymBioMed creates a unified bridge between:
- 🇮🇳 Namaste Codes (India's National Medical Classification System)
- 🌍 ICD-11 (WHO's International Classification of Diseases)
This enables seamless interoperability across hospitals, ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission), and global health databases.
-
