OpenCode preflight probe failures now warn instead of aborting request resolution. If runtime default is missing, ControlMesh falls back to discovered OpenCode models.\n\nTests: uv run pytest tests/cli/test_opencode_discovery.py tests/cli/test_service_extended.py -q
