In GetMediaInfoTracks, the block that detects 'MPEG Audio, Layer 3' calls Replace('MPEG Audio, Layer 2', 'MP3') (Layer 2, not Layer 3). The Replace finds nothing and the track text is never relabeled as MP3.
Fix: change the Replace argument to 'MPEG Audio, Layer 3'.
