Preconditions
Sign in to SUMO

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Submit a valid premium product support question.
  2. Sign in to Zendesk with a support agent.
  3. Reply to the ticket from step 1 and add an horizontal rule.
  4. Navigate back to the ticket view inside SUMO.

Expected behavior
The horizontal rule is properly formatted.

Actual behavior
The horizontal rule is not formatted.
