Sign in to SUMO

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Submit a valid premium product support question.
  2. Sign in to Zendesk with a support agent.
  3. Reply to the ticket from step 1 underlying a particular word.
  4. Navigate back to the ticket view inside SUMO.

Expected behavior
The underlined word is properly formatted.

Actual behavior
The underlined word is not formatted.
