Group members can reply to Zendesk tickets belonging to other users #3069

Preconditions

  • Create a new SUMO group (Group A) and add two members (Member A and Member B)
  • Inside a product support configuration add a hybrid support group (Group A)

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign in to SUMO with group member A.
  2. Submit a ticket against the premium product from the preconditions step.
  3. Sign in to SUMO with Member B.
  4. Navigate to the group A profile page.
  5. Click on the Tickets view.
  6. Click on the ticket submitted in step 2.
  7. Add a reply to the ticket.

Expected behavior
Same group members (which are not the Zendesk ticket owners) cannot leave ticket replies.

Actual behavior
Same group members (which are not the Zendesk ticket owners) can leave ticket replies and the replies are displayed as being made by the question owner instead.
