Preconditions
Sign in to SUMO

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Submit a ticket against a premium product.
  2. Sign in to Zendesk with a customer support agent account.
  3. Mark the ticket from step 1 as solved.
  4. Navigate to the My Questions page in SUMO.
  5. Click on the ticket filled in step 1.
  6. Submit a reply to the ticket.

Expected behavior
The status of the ticket transitions automatically from solved to open and this change is immediately reflected inside the question page.

Actual behavior
The status of the ticket transitions automatically from solved to open but this is not immediately reflected inside the question page. A user has to refresh the question page to see the status update.
