Preconditions
Sign in to SUMO

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Submit a ticket against a premium product.
  2. Sign in to Zendesk with a customer support agent account.
  3. Mark the ticket from step 1 as solved.
  4. Navigate to the My Questions page in SUMO.
  5. Click on the ticket filled in step 1.
  6. Submit a reply to the ticket.

Expected behavior
The Zendesk ticket transitions from the solved to the open state automatically.

Actual behavior
The Zendesk ticket doesn't transition from the solved to the open state automatically.

Desktop:

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Browser: Firefox

Additional context
This issue is reproducible in stage.
