Users can reply to closed Zendesk tickets #3064

Preconditions
Sign in to SUMO with an account that has submitted a ticket to a premium product and the ticket is now in a closed state.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to the My Questions profile page.
  2. Click on the closed status ticket (from the preconditions step)

Expected behavior
The Post a Reply section is not available for closed tickets.

Actual behavior
The Post a reply section is available for closed tickets.

Notes:
Adding text inside the textarea and clicking on the Post Reply button is going to show the Your reply failed to send. Please try again later error and sentry is going to fire and APIException -> https://mozilla.sentry.io/issues/7509226433/?project=4504326797197312&query=is%3Aunresolved&referrer=issue-stream

This issue is reproducible in stage.
