Updated the delete-profile-header string in profiles.ftl to wrap the
profile name in unicode curly quotes ("{ $profilename }") and renamed
the string ID to delete-profile-header-2 to trigger re-translation.
Updated the corresponding l10n-id reference in delete-profile-card.mjs.
