Sync fork with ReVanced/revanced-api dev: - fix: Generate OpenAPI v3.1.x specification (ReVanced#220) — `_app.doc` -> `_app.doc31` Resolved version-file conflicts (package.json, CHANGELOG.md) in favour of upstream, dropping the erroneous fork-local v1.7.0-dev.1 semantic-release entry.
Remove the legacy .dev.vars entry from .gitignore. Local development configuration lives in .env (README / .env.example). .dev.vars was a leftover from the Ktor to serverless conversion and is no longer used.
