Ports ReactStartTransition: transition-wrapped updates commit, multi-update, same-value dedup. All pass; no bug. No version bump.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Ports React's ReactStartTransition: a state update wrapped in rt.StartTransition
commits to the host DOM; multiple updates inside one transition all take effect;
a same-value transition update is a no-op. Verified via the native reconciler
harness.

All pass; no GWC bug. No version bump.

DEVNOTES only. #38 runtime diagnostic is infeasible via reflect (Go hides the
closure environment pointer); recommend folding into #78's identity scheme.

Without explicit keys, sibling inline-closure components share one code-pointer
identity, so the reconciler binds hook state to slot position not logical item
— insert/delete/reorder shows the wrong item's state. No correct silent auto-fix
exists (position is unstable under reorder; the framework needs keys like React),
so warn. reportUnkeyedComponentAliasing (dev-only, warn-once) flags 2+ unkeyed
component siblings sharing an identity and advises WithKey; complements the
existing mixed-keying warning. Also resolves #38 (distinct-closure detection is
infeasible, but sibling-identity collision is detectable). Pinned; full library
gate + wasm vet green.
