It is not possible to automatically upgrade Campaigner from EE1 to EE2. We recommend making a note of your Campaigner settings, and uninstalling it before upgrading.
Once ExpressionEngine 2 is installed, you can install Campaigner for EE2 (using the instructions above), and configure it using the settings you recorded. It should only take a couple of minutes.
