docs: document mint workflow CLI command

Summary

Add reference documentation for the new mint workflow CLI command and link to it from the workflows dashboard guide.

Changes

• Added a mint workflow section to cli/commands.mdx covering the create, list, and delete subcommands, the shared --subdomain / --format flags, all create flags (--name, --prompt, --type, --cron, --push-repo, --context-repo, --automerge, --file), an inline example, and a sample workflow file.
• Noted that mint workflow reads the subdomain config key in the mint config reference table.
• Added a tip in workflows/manage.mdx cross-linking to the CLI command so dashboard users know workflows can also be managed from the terminal.

Mirrors the restored CLI command and its server endpoints:

• mintlify/mint#8035 — feat(cli): bring back \mint workflow` command`
• mintlify/server#5585 — feat(cli): expose workflow create/list/delete under /api/cli/workflows

Overview

Updates the subdomain config key table so it applies to mint workflow as well as analytics. Adds a Tip on workflow manage pages (EN/ES/FR) pointing readers to the CLI for scripting and CI.
