- README.md now announces the 2nd SISW (May 30, 2026, SF · Awesomic) and references the 1st workshop's success; talks table reset to just the column headers so the auto-regen workflow can append fresh submissions. - 1st-sisw.md is a static snapshot of the 1st workshop with the 12-row talks table and a link to the recap on X. - _data/talks.yml reset to [] so dedup doesn't carry over old submitters and the workflow regenerates an empty table on the first new merge. - post-merge-rsvp.yml fallback bumped to the new Luma URL (https://luma.com/4nzrnhj6); SISW_EVENT_URL repo variable also updated via gh. - ORGANIZING.md file map documents the per-edition reset (snapshot README → Nth-sisw.md, reset talks.yml to [], point README at next event).
