Updates the
ipamplugin manifest to release v0.3.0 ofmilo-os/ipam.Every platform's download URL now points at the
v0.3.0release assets, and eachsha256was refreshed from that release'schecksums.txt. Catalog CI will validate the schema, resolve each URL, and verify each checksum.The catalog
