Add support for dashes in passphrase

1. Add a new set of passphrase options that include dashes instead of spaces
2. Update gitignore with the package lock file
3. Update the docker-compose file new format -- services key

Note: I am not a js or web dev, so this is a bit hacky and could probably be done better.
