カスタマイズオプションをCLIで選択できるように
* `--modified-m`, `CICA_MODIFIED_LOWERCASE_M`: 小文字の`m`を中心線の短いスタイルに修正するか否か * `--modified-WM`, `CICA_MODIFIED_WM`: 大文字の`W`と`M`を修正するか否か * `--broken-emdash`, `CICA_BROKEN_EMDASH`: emdash `—` をbroken-emdashにするか否か 上記に加えてオプションのデフォルト値についてドキュメントに追記
フォントをビルドする際のオプションを追加しました
