Summary

  • format generated utilities/rent due dates as local YYYY-MM-DD strings
  • use local browser month for the default selected utility month
  • keep generated defaults consistent with local date-input parsing

Tests

  • git diff --check
  • node --check src/modules/utilities/utilities.module.js
  • targeted VM render smoke test for 2026-05 -> 2026-06-10 and local current month defaults

Closes #29
